Caring, helpful, and trusting are just a few words coworkers use to describe REALTOR® Chaise Truini! Clients see him as non pressuring and informative because they are always his top priority. Chaise specializes in residential real estate from Seattle to Olympia; he has lived in Washington since 1998, so he’s very familiar with these areas! He also has experience renovating investment properties for resale.
Chaise has been in sales for 15 years. He has learned so much since acquiring his real estate license 4 years ago, but he wanted to expand his knowledge even further; this led to him starting a small property investment company with his family. Together they buy, renovate, and resale property, which allows him to see both sides of the business from remodeling to sale.
In his spare time, Chaise takes full advantage of time with family. He is married to his beautiful wife, Kylee, and they have a 3-year-old daughter named Romey. They love adventures that take them outdoors, especially in the summertime.
